You are solely responsible for your use of our Services and any videos and any other content you create through our Services, whether transmitted privately or made publicly available (collectively, "User Content"). We retain ownership of User Content.

Any videos you make using our services are stored locally on your phone and are not stored or uploaded to our servers.

You understand and agree to abide by all applicable laws relating to your use of my Services and User Content.

In addition, you understand and agree that you will not do or attempt to do, or cause any third party to do or attempt to do, any of the following in connection with your use of our Services: A. Use our Services or available User Content to access our Services in a manner other than expressly permitted by these Terms and the normal functionality of our Services;

B. use our Services for any unlawful purpose, in an unlawful manner or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms;

C. use our Services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or impair our Services, our systems or security, or interfere with other users;

D. use any program or other means, including but not limited to scripts, spiders and robots, whether manual or automated, to extract, download, index, mine, scrape, copy or circumvent the presentation, operation or intended use of our Services, or any of its features or functions;

MagicFace respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we ask our users to do the same.

If you come across any content on our Services that you believe infringes your copyright, or any other content that infringes your intellectual property rights, please report your alleged infringement to us in writing, including the following information:

A. Electronic or Physical Signature An electronic or physical signature of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property (“Owner”) or a person authorized to act on behalf of the Owner, and a duly signed power of attorney from the Owner.

B. A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.

C. A description of where the relevant material is located, including details that will help our staff locate it at a specific location on the MagicFace.

D. Your address, phone number and email address.

E. A statement by you under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are the owner, or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

The effect presented by "MagicFace" is a fictitious image realized by AI technology based on the avatar photo you submitted. Fictitious images can be approximated by the naked eye, but are not your real information. You are not allowed to use the fictitious image for purposes other than the "MagicFace" software and related services provided by the company, otherwise, you will bear the relevant legal responsibilities arising therefrom.

When you use the provided effects, please ensure that the photos you use are authorized and agreed by the person, and the use of photos without the authorization and consent of the person is strictly prohibited. If the photo is not authorized to infringe on the portrait of others, the legal responsibility shall be borne by me

Our Services include links to features and services provided by third parties. We do not control such third-party sites or services and are not responsible for the content or functionality of such sites or services. Our inclusion of links does not imply any endorsement or association with their operators. The terms applicable to the use of such third-party services will apply and we will not be liable for anything you or the third-party service providers do as a result of your use of their services. Please note that we will not keep your personal privacy information, such as your account, ID, password, etc., on the third-party applications/websites we serve.

A. During your use of "MagicFace" software and related services, you fully understand and agree that this service may include advertising or brand promotion services, and you agree to display "MagicFace" software and related services in "MagicFace" software and related services Commercial advertisements, promotions or information (including commercial or non-commercial) of related and/or third party suppliers, partners.

B.MagicFace performs advertising and promotion-related obligations in accordance with the law. You should judge the authenticity and reliability of the advertisement or promotion information by yourself and be responsible for your own judgment. Except as clearly stipulated by laws and regulations, the user shall be responsible for the purchase, transaction or damage or loss suffered by you due to the advertisement or promotional information, and MagicFace shall not be liable.
